We believe in all of our students. We believe that every student counts.

A Message from Principal Valerie L. Williams

Welcome to Mary O. Pottenger Elementary School. Our overall vision at Pottenger is to have a school where all students are building their capacities in reading, math, technology, the arts, physical education and character development.

It is essential to our students success at Pottenger that parents be a vital component to their childs development. We feel that parents always need to be informed of their childs progress. We encourage parents to attend parent conferences and after school activities. We want the lines of communication between the teacher and the parent to be effective and open at all times. We look forward to building our partnership with you.
